How to Get and Keep Your Purse Organized

Are you like me? Constantly cleaning out your purse? Any time I have a spare moment, it seems like I have to go through and dig out month-old receipts, gum wrappers, empty mint containers, and lots and lots of change. Or I'm standing in the grocery line searching in the bottomless pit of my purse for my credit card that I forgot to put back in my wallet the last time I used it. Or how about when I spend five minutes looking for my lipstick only to discover that I took it out to use it and forgot to put it away. And then there's always the embarrasment of my cell phone ringing at an inopportune time and I can't seem to locate it amidst the chaos of my purse.

Well, ladies, not anymore. I have tackled my purse and finally come out the victor. Of course I can't take all the credit. I am eternally grateful to Terri Gordon (and her lovely assistant Kim) from StoneCreek Creations, Inc. for her fabulous Krafter's Purse. It is not only practical, but it's cute and alterable (I can personalize it!). It's a creative woman's dream come true.

Purse Problems
Terri and I met at CHA in January and became fast friends. Her bright, colorful, and high quality products immediately caught my eye...especially because they are the same colors as my book cover! When I saw Terri's invention, the Krafter's Purse, I immediately realized I had found the solution for my purse problems.

Although the purse is designed for craft supplies and has pockets on the outside, I saw it in another way: inside out! When you flip the purse inside out, you have two large zipper pockets on the outside and EIGHT (8) pockets on the inside. That's right. So now there is a space for everything, and I can keep everything in its place. Wonderful.

Of course, once I decided to use it as a regular purse, I thought of so many other things that I could use it for...tools and supplies for scrapbooking, knitting, quilting, beading and jewelry making, and the list goes on. Guess I'll have to get one in every color! My next task is actually to "alter" the purse by adding some personality to the outside. You can see some very cool samples on Terri's website. Thanks Terri for such an awesome practical product!
